1. Coaching team has priority on Court 11 at all times.
2. Junior members have priority on courts 3 and 7 at all times (except on Friday after 8pm).
3. Other priorities are as set out in the General Overview.
4. If any court that is subject to a particular priority is free at the time the particular priority applies, any member (eg. adult/adult, adult/junior, junior/junior) may use that court.
5. If anyone is waiting to use a court on which they have priority, they may ask those on court (provided they don't have the same priority) to vacate the court at the end of the game in progress.
6. Please ensure that you act reasonably and courteously when asking another member to vacate a court under note 5 above.
7. While every effort is made to avoid clashes with other Club activities, inter-club matches (senior and junior) take priority over those activities, with senior matches taking priority over junior Matches.
8. Friday night is long-established as Junior Night. However, from 8pm onwards, senior members will have priority on courts 3 and 7.
9. There will be no Club Play on Saturday 30th May 2009 (Finals Day of Open Junior Tournament) or Saturday 29th August 2009 (Finals Day of County Closed Junior Tournament) Tournament matches during mid-week Club Play sessions.
10. 10.Subject to note 4 above, please do not play Club Closed Tournament matches during mid-week Club Play sessions.
11. On Finals Day of our own Club Closed Tournament, Club Play will be restricted to courts 8-10.
