We’re looking for an inspirational Head Coach with proven experience in leading and developing a team of coaches and a full coaching programme.
Chesham Bois Lawn Tennis and Squash Club (CBLTSC) seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced Head Coach (tennis) to deliver a comprehensive and inclusive coaching programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing member engagement, growing participation, and maintaining a high standard of coaching for juniors and adults alike. We are looking for a leader who can balance their vision, business acumen, coaching experience and people skills to create a thriving, inclusive tennis programme for all ages and abilities.
Our aim is that our tennis coaching programme will be professional, inclusive, and visible, offering clear pathways for juniors and adults of all levels. By building a strong team of enthusiastic coaches, improving communication and accessibility, and creating engaging opportunities for both social and competitive play, we will strengthen our club culture, support member development, and secure the long-term future of CBLTSC.
We are looking for a Head Coach who is self-motivated, reliable, punctual and flexible to the needs of our club and willing to partner with the Tennis Committee to deliver the club’s vision. Effective communication and good organisational skills are essential, as well as an ability to relate to and manage tennis players of all ages and abilities.
